📄 Return & Refund Policy (Custom Apparel Edition)

At LoveReel, every T-shirt, hoodie, and sweatshirt is custom-made to order featuring your beloved pet. Because each item is uniquely printed just for you, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Please read our policy below:

1. Modification & Cancellation
  • 24-Hours Window: You may cancel or modify your order (e.g., change photo, size, or address) within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Production Lock: After 48 hours, your order enters our design and printing queue. At this stage, we cannot accept cancellations or changes.
2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered."

  • Size Selection: We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We strongly recommend measuring your favorite fitting tee/hoodie at home and comparing it to our chart before ordering.

However, we offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or stained upon arrival.
  • The print quality is poor (e.g., blurry print due to our error, or wrong colors).
  • You received the wrong size or item (different from your order confirmation).
  • The package was lost in transit.
3. Defect Reporting

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Email support@lovereelshop.com.
  2. Include your Order Number.
  3. Attach clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect size (please use a measuring tape in the photo if it is a sizing error).

No need to return the item: Once we verify the issue via email, we will send a replacement immediately.

4. Image Quality Disclaimer

The quality of the final print depends heavily on the photo you upload.

  • Please upload high-resolution photos with good lighting.
  • We are not responsible for low-quality prints resulting from blurry, dark, or pixelated original photos provided by the customer.
  • Tip: If your photo is not suitable, our design team will try to contact you, but this may delay your order.
5. Care & Washing

We use high-quality printing technology, but all printed apparel requires proper care.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or ironing (e.g., bleaching, high-heat drying, or ironing directly on the print).
  • Please follow the care instructions on the label.
