Product customization issues

What makes a good photo?

1. Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2. Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.

3. Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

Do you provide a preview of my product before shipment?

To ensure fast delivery, we don't send proofs. However, our designers review every photo. If your photo won't print well,we will pause and contact you for a new one.

Do you create custom products for more than cats and dogs?

Of course we do! Any pet or animal, we will create a modern custom product featuring their lovely face.

Am I able to cancel my order after its been placed?

Due to the custom nature of our portrait products, we begin work on each order promptly after they are placed.
To cancel an order, you must email support@lovereelshop.com within 1 hour of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 1 hour, it is not possible to cancel your order. 

How do you print your clothes?

All our items are printed on-demand using DTG ("Direct To Garment" printing tech), DTF ("Direct To Film" printing tech), Sublimation or embroidery, which eliminates the waste commonly caused by overproduction in the fashion & apparel industry. We also use water-based pigment inks without harmful chemicals.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. We are dedicated to caring for the planet just as much as we care for animals. Our products utilize the latest eco-friendly materials and printing technologies. By operating on a made-to-order basis, we avoid the overproduction and waste common in standard fashion brands.

We focus on sustainable production methods, using only premium cotton. This cotton is cultivated without harmful chemicals and requires significantly less water and energy to produce. Explore our collection today—contribute to a greener future and shop guilt-free.

Delivery issues

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since every item is uniquely custom-made, please allow 2–3 business days for design and production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $100+! Under $100, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

How can I change my shipping address?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request. If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, please email support@lovereelshop.com within 3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, spreading our love for pets to the entire world. We are working hard to ensure fast delivery to all countries.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to support@lovereelshop.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Since every item is custom-made specifically for your pet, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the wrong size was ordered.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart before purchasing.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a defective item, a poor-quality print, or the wrong size/product, please email support@lovereelshop.com within 7 days. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
