What makes a good photo?

1. Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2. Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.

3. Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to support@lovereelshop.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. 

After 24 hours most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Our artists personally review every single photo to ensure your portrait turns out perfectly. To get your custom gift to your door as fast as possible, we’ll send a lightning-fast design preview straight to your inbox! You'll have the chance to preview the artwork and have us adjust it based on your feedback before it goes to print. We back every order with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—if your original photo needs better lighting or a different angle for the best result, we’ll pause your order and email you right away to help you pick a better one.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Since every item is uniquely custom-made, please allow 2–3 business days for design and production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We back every order with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee before it goes to print. You will receive a design preview and can request adjustments until you love it. Since every item is uniquely custom-made, once the design is approved and printed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.
If you receive a defective item, a poor-quality print, or the wrong size/product, please email support@lovereelshop.com within 7 days. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
