Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to support@lovereelshop.com within 1 hour of your order being placed.

After 1 hour most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.

To ensure fast delivery, we don't send proofs. However, our designers review every photo. If your photo won't print well,we will pause and contact you for a new one.

Since every item is uniquely custom-made, please allow 2–3 business days for design and production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way!

Since every item is custom-made specifically for your pet, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the wrong size was ordered. We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart before purchasing.
If you receive a defective item, a poor-quality print, or the wrong size/product, please email support@lovereelshop.com within 7 days. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
